Explore the power of RAW Living Foods and learn about the concept of Raw Food Lifestyle. Raw food cuisine is food that is unprocessed, uncooked, not heated above 40 C and therefore stays full of vitality, freshness, packed with enzymes, vitamins and nutrients. Raw food dishes are also rich in phytonutrients and micronutrients that give plant foods their vibrant color as well as contributing to maintaining an alkaline state in our body and health.
