I manage over 100 staff and work with children with complex medical needs.

I failed every GSCE I took , well not failed but getting Ds is as good as failing. MYy childhood education was disrupted for a couple of years though. I retook them at a sixth form college and got 4cs and one A. That just managed to get me into an ok university , but did much better at uni. Something started moving better in my brain after about 20 years old LOL
