Received a Taiwan Work Permit, now I need Health Certificate paperwork while in USA. Question

Hey everyone.
Received a job offer and work permit from Taiwan. Currently my family and I live in Miami. The local Taiwan Consulate said they will issue Visa’s for my family as soon as I have the Health Certificate paperwork filled out by a USA Hospital. Has anyone done this before? I have the paperwork, but do I literally just go into a hospital and make an appointment here in the USA? Has anyone done this in the States before that can give me some tips?
Thanks so much
Ben

I don’t think you need health certificate for US residents.

Wow very interesting. I wonder if it’s changed specifically because of the COVID restrictions??

Guys, it’s my first time processing health check out of taiwan for work permit. Do I need to authenticate my medical exam at my countries foreign affairs or just by R.O.C. (Taiwan) overseas mission?
