Yes, very small cafe. Mostly pre orders of baked good for take away. Very limited seats and reservations needed on weekend.

Yes, nice ! ( I guess your talking about the main big Library one, as the Arts Library complex has a nice cafe too in Fong Shan)
Yes, main library, went there a few times as my hotel was just in the big 85 floors building, it’s nice and quiet with plenty of space.

Not true. I’ve been to cafes where nobody speaks. It’s creepy.

I am back today and it’s a busy place. Cool place, feels peacful and good place to relax yet short walk from the big Hanshin Mall. Lots of girls taking photos, seems lots of social media posts.

There is a new tower there (not sure has opened yet?), have you been there? I was interested to know if its like a mall, or new addition?

No sorry haven’t been there. I live in Tainan, planned to move to Kaohsiung earlier this year but we canceled it. Haven’t gone back to there since.
