Hello! We are moving to Taipei in August of 2023 and hope to enroll our kids (ages 6 and 8) in local school. We know August isn’t the best time to register but we’re restricted with timing.
My question is about addresses on the ARC. Can we put down a temporary address (like an Airbnb address) on our kids’ ARC to register for school? Or do we need to show proof of address - for example, a rental agreement or electric bill, etc. Ideally, we’d like to rent an Airbnb when we first arrive and view different apartments before signing a lease. But I’m concerned that will prevent us from registering for school if the MoE needs a proof of address.
