I recently went to a private clinic in Taipei and was treated terribly. There was some clear discrimination because I’m foreign. More generally, I was forced to endure a difficult medical situation without any privacy or dignity. Is there anywhere to report these types of incidents? I don’t want anyone else to experience this, but I’m having trouble finding the answers I need online.
I think this is status quo for everyone getting medical help in Taiwan! 
Physician – patient privilege in Taiwan is only on paper!
