Hi guys, as I’m going to Europe soon I wanted to bring my family a rice cooker, the Tatung “old fashioned” or similar one. In Poland we have 230V plugs, I saw online on pchome that they used to have rice cookers with 220V and also there is a group of Taiwanese exchange students in my country who own the rice cooker with such plug and it works beautifully (many many years ago, one of the first exchange students brought it and now they pass it on to the next generations of students) which means that they do produce them but I want to try to find it in the store with home appliances, here in Taipei.
Do you have any suggestions?
I can buy the Taiwanese one and then buy the transformer. I saw Tatung 6 cup rice cooker for 1500NTD, transformer in Poland costs like 500NTD, so I wouldn’t want to pay more than 2000NTD for the entire thing.
Thanks!
Maria
