Where in Taipei can I find the pancake shaped dry rice paper used for making Vietnamese-style spring rolls? Haven’t seen it in any of the major chain stores I frequent in my area so far. In my experience this rice paper is usually made in Vietnam - is there a store where I’d be more likely to find products imported from other Asian countries?

Any of the ASEAN stores will almost certainly have it.
You can try EEC Global on Zhongshan Bei Lu, or the one just south of it:
There’s also a fairly well stocked one somewhere in the basement of the main train station, but I wouldn’t know how to give directions to it.
