I learnt that this is not an FOI matter. I went all the way to mediation with the FOI and Line bank, and the FOI adjudged that this is a matter of financial supervisory enforcement, so exclusive responsibility of the FSC, it is not a case of consumer dispute.

I have already lodged a complaint with the FSC with the FOI findings and awaiting their reply.

If you want u can already send a complaint about this to FSC directly, the FOI will reject it instead.
