Taipower.
TLI is between Taipower and Kuting. It is slightly closer to the Taipower station. I liked to get off at Taipower as there is a 7-11 or Family Mart along the way. If you are coming from Xindian it will save you 5 minutes getting off at Taipower. Coming from the other direction about 3 minutes to get off at Kuting. Yes, I am certain of all my calculations.
