the organizers thought they could skirt the law, using (bribes?) contacts to sweep it all under the carpet.
However, last time they did an event, something very similar happened regarding refunds and cancellations, a lot of people were, and still are very unhappy about their attitude and are actively working against that organizer now. For example they had a very public disagreement and threats of suing with “KLOOK” the largest online ticket sales in Taiwan which is a company that has direct contacts with the Ministry of Culture, is it any surprise things went tits up?
