A stark reminder of why seatbelts are necessary. The kids survived, barely a scratch by sheer luck. I mean, no cars/buses/trucks behind plunged through. But it is horrible. And the parents will be fined 3000 NTD for not making the kids wear a seatbelt. I hope they do not complain about it.
