Great place , Penghu! For me the surprise is the super market (PX) there very modern and is better than most mainland as well as the town which feels now bit like Miami Beach, surprised with the cafes and bars. Also great fireworks festival https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LlDLYmUB-T8

Yes, they visited a lot of places in a few months with all mostly good reports.
You can check the comments in the YouTube, has the Boat owner reply there and you can try message him.
