I m foreigner working in restaurant. I worked hard still my employer not giving my pending salary . It’s now 2 months she keep saying later.
I have work permit and contract. But I don’t work here anymore because it’s more than 1 year they keep doing this.
I need advise what can do to safe side.

If you are a legal migrant worker, and your employer refuses to pay on time, they are subjected to a fine of at least 60,000NTD.
You can call 1955 for the government’s 24hr foreign workers hotline for counseling and protection.

Just be careful and you are still in Taiwan legally and working legally if working

Yes I am in taiwan still working with my employer. But they are not giving my salary. I am frustrated by asking them again again
