Has anyone tried this? I like salty duck eggs, so I’m curious how much this works - then again, I don’t usually think of bread or toast when I have salty eggs.
No idea on that commercial spread. But the salted egg yolk in food in Taiwan is legit. Very good. The foreign brands making chips etc I can’t really speak highly of, but real food…? Damn delicious! It’s the texture more than the taste. yum!
