The conventional wisdom on last night’s debate is that by not losing, Sarah Palin won. I have the opposite view. By not winning Sarah Palin lost.

I find it hilarious that the conventional view is indeed that by not losing appallingly, Palin somehow won that debate. it’s kind of like a retard handicap for the special Olympics. But more astounding, is how willing partisan supporters are to prop up this fallacy, in most cases by attempting to deflect the key points, just like Chewy has done above.

So, you are just as astounded that the Dems and Obamessiah supporters used the same standard for declaring Obamessiah not the loser in the first debate with McCain, right?

I didn’t see that debate, but from what I’ve read it was significantly closer. Indeed, no clear winner seems to be the consensus view.

Anyway, the issue is the economy, stupid. oh, and the wars. Not the Vietnam War, that’s already been decided.

William Ayers is not a convicted terrorist, and is now a university professor. Obama was 8 years old when the Weather Underground were active. Obama has met him before and had dealings with him before, but they are not friends. Obama is not ‘paling around with terrorists’ as Palin claims, because Ayers is no longer a terrorist (and has never been convicted of terrorism), and in any case they are not ‘pals.’
Palin’s comments are a pathetic attempt to smear Obama through guilt by association, and yes they are lies.
