San Xia goes back up into the mountains, but I never went up there to escape the heat. Those mountains seem more to keep the heat in.
Yeah, but then nearly every outer district goes into the mountains. There’s an urban side and a rural side. But I don’t think suggesting the whole district is higher altitude is entirely accurate.
Temperature falls with higher altitude. I think the standard is about 9.6 degrees c per 1000 meters in altitude and a little less for saturated (100 percent humidity) air.
But most mountains around Taipei seems to have a 500 meter elevation and the drop is significant enough to not need ac.
Sansia in the title is making my eye twitch.
Can it please be fixed to Sanxia?
