When yin and yang fall out of balance, the universe spills its harmony into chaos. Humanity suffers under demonic torment, blood and ruin everywhere. The archangel Uriel descends, wielding a holy sword wrapped in blazing golden fire, slaughtering the hordes, devouring phantoms, purging the filth of heaven and earth, seeking unity among all faiths.

Sacrificial of Uriel carves out a unique sonic experience in the black metal realm. Their foundation lies in the raw ferocity of old-school black metal, reinforced by layers of diverse influences: the mournful atmosphere of suicidal/atmospheric black, the savage black/death traditions of Scandinavia, and the elusive, avant-garde progressions that defy easy comprehension. Together, they solemnly depict Uriel’s tragic yet heroic path of martyrdom against demonic forces.
