Is there a spa/sauna where I can get massages, large baths, dry / wet sauna, dressed sitting room with loungers and tv’s where I can order drinks and services (eg foot massages). They have these in china, hk, and korea- was curious if there is a Taiwanese variant.

Yes but they’re not super modern or trendy. A little bit older style. They have all the services. You pay one price and includes different hot tubs and saunas and steam n dry and sitting area with TVs and newspapers and tea and snacks and internet. Can sleep. Massage extra. All depending on the quality. Maybe none that is fully modern, new, extra clean.
