I’ve seen and experienced this phenomena many times. Its a very strange experience as there is always a lot of static electricity in the air. Slight buzzing and crackling background sounds. And the colors are beautiful. Many variations.
Weird and intriguing.
And yeah, this has been the explanations for at least 35 yrs.
