Can anyone recommend any resources for passing some of the legal questions on the scooter test?
For example:
Ignoring the instructions given by a police officer
or traffic controller will result in a (1) one-month
suspension of your driver’s license. (2) two-month
suspension of your driver’s license. (3) being fined
and receiving a traffic violation on your driving
record.
When a driver does not yield when hearing the siren
of a fire engine, ambulance, security vehicle, rescue
vehicle or toxic chemical disaster response vehicle:
(1) the driver’s license will be suspended for three
months; (2) the driver will be fined and the driver’s
license will be revoked; (3) the driver will be
fined.

So It should be (2) the driver will be fined and the driver’s license will be revoked;
The DMV website has an online practice exam and even the answer key (complete or partial?). Just read through that a few times and you should be fine.
Article 60 , Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act
So , it should be (3) being fined and receiving a traffic violation on your driving record.
However the real answer should be being fined , receiving a traffic violation and driver’s license suspension for 6 months
You can download all the questions and correct answers from the DMV website.
If your google play store is set to Taiwan, there is also an app that gives you your result right after you answer and allows you to drill down into each section – I thought that was much more useful as I had the signs down pretty quickly but kept getting the “how large of a fine” questions wrong
