I recently bought a Google Pixel Watch. I am not sure if I need a screen cover for the watch or not. Is there any chance of having scratch/damage on the watch screen from normal daily use?
If you normally wear traditional watches without screen protectors, then you should be fine.

These are gorilla glass, unless you’re rubbing it with sandpaper it should not scratch. I’m using a HTC U12 life for years without a screen protector and it barely scratched. But you can apply a tempered glass screen protector if you want.
If the screen needs replacement for any reason, you can buy it through ifixit and they’ll be genuine google part, and google also released any calibration tools needed.
