I didn’t realize sea urchin are farmed year round in Penghu even though the season is only two months.
Some places it’s like all you can eat although probably wouldn’t want to do that.
I’ll not eat a single one. The rest of you .. enjoy - 
I had one in Penghu, it was ok. I also tried one near Taitung which I thought was better, though it’s not my favorite local seafood. (I generally like seafood from Japan/Korea or Europe more)
