I’m looking for a bag piper to play at our Robbie Burns night in Mid-January in Kaohsiung.
If you he/she lives elsewhere on the island we’ll pay for transportation and accommodations in addition to their usual fee.
A Burns night just ain’t the same without a piper

Sorted. Now, if you were looking for a Piper Bag instead, you’d just have to go to Australia. they use them to carry all sorts of stuff around in.
Coming, but don’t think I’ll be there by mid-January. I prefer to play with other pipers though since I’m a bit out of practice. We’ll be living north of Tainan, but maybe we can make it down to Kaohsiung for next year’s celebration (2010). Where are y’all getting a haggis?

I’m pretty sure we killed the last one, anyway his legs were still twitching after we put out the fire, but we hit him real good in the head a few times.
Have you thought of looking/advertising in Hong Kong? There is always a chance to find one lurking around old former British colonies.
