I recently bought a second hand camera and lenses using Facebook marketplace, my initial inspection when buying didn’t reveal any issues but after using the camera for a few days I discovered that both lenses have a common issue not easily discovered with a quick inspection. I have asked the seller to refund me or pay towards the repair but he has refused. Do I have any legal recourse?
