First is an odd word with very few similar.

I guess First Streets tend to be renamed eventually

No name town has a street with as much of a name (none). Then a second street comes along and it needs a name. “Second street,” and the crowd goes mild. Do you know what comes next? “Third street” my friend. But wait a minute, why do we still have a nameless road in our town? It was there first so by the power granted to me by the people, I proclaim it “First street.” And that’s the way the cookieroad crumbles and ends up full of potholes.
What am I talking about again?
