It doesn’t look like the domain name lapsed and got picked up by someone else, but it could soon. The expiration is July 17th. If you dig down to other URLs on the site, there’s an old install of phpBB there with the usual forumosa skin on it. Older versions of phpBB have known security bugs, so it is quite possible someone exploited one and hacked the system.
