Sell Used Camera Online

Hi, I’m looking to sell a used camera. Other than Facebook marketplace or Carousell are there any other online platforms to sell used camera gear in Taiwan?

I’d prefer not to sell to a reseller, like on camera street in Taipei, as I want to get the best price. The camera I have is only a week old and was release within the past month, so should have no problem finding a buyer. Thanks.

Make sure to include:

  • Line contact details
  • Email contact address
  • Warranty status, preferably including picture of stamped warranty card (with details censored)
  • Whether the camera is Taiwan company goods (公司貨) or parallel import (平輸).

Sure, if the price is right. In my experience, Taiwanese buy cameras on sale or using credit card discounts and Shopee vouchers, so they’re able to get 5%-10% off list price. You might need to go lower than that.

a6700, I was going to return it but got a tiny scratch on it when testing outside. Lesson learned.

Want to provide an update: I sold my camera through Facebook marketplace/groups. I got multiple offers within 24 hrs of posting, some lowballs but a few at my asking price of ~10% off msrp. Thanks for the help everyone.
