Yes, I’d guess about NT$300. It is actually a little cheaper and faster to use a truck freight service. You can find these stores next to train stations. Look for a sign with 機車托運 (jīchē tuōyùn) - this means “scooter freight.”
In either case, expect there to be a few more dings and scrapes on the scooter than are already present when it arrives.
