In that tweet, Mr. Sander, whose Twitter description says that he’s “Technology Correspondent for China and Taiwan @nzz [Neue Zürcher Zeitung], a leading European daily from Switzerland,” (bracketed words added by me) appears to be saying that a representative of Biontech told him that the impediment to getting the vaccines had more to do with political issues than with whatever issues a purchaser might ordinarily have with a business concerned with manufacturing and selling things.
