I went to Sizihwan (Xiziwan, Hsitzuwan) Beach In Kaohsiung (I think), but it was fenced off except for a small area where you could “sneak” in, and there was a “no swimming” sign. WTF? I went to the sandy area near Zhongshan University-- that’s the place, isn’t it?
