any fellow skateboarders/rollerbladers know of any cool places to skate? Chishan had a couple launch ramps and a halfpipe that the local bmx team kept in the park.

I did see some ledges and steps that had been heavily skated in Hsimen ding (Taibei), when I was there. Looked like a fun spot, but it was raining at the time.
Is [street] skateboarding a crime in Taiwan? I haven’t skated for a few years, but I’ve been meaning to start again.

I see people skateboarding behind the police station at ximending on the weekends. I guess it’s not a crime. But who really knows?
