I’m looking to have a logo printed on a few bags like 20 pcs or so. Any recommendations?

For Logo I believe they will only accept bulk orders how about try name card and attached it on each gift bags?

Have stickers printed, or print it yourself, and stick on the bags.

You can show your logo design to those selling stationary and asked first the pricing.

Stickers, if you have the logo, just make it to size and have it printed in a copy-print center, they have probably waterproof ink and different materials to print on. Plus stickers can be used on anything.
