We will be travelling to Taiwan to visit the in-laws later this year, and I want to take them out a few times to a really good (but not really expensive) restaurants in Taipei and Jiayi.
Now, I know Taipei, and possibly Jiayi, have loads of good, reasonably priced Chinese restaurants, but would like to find something that is extra special. A few years back I took them to Shao Shao Ke in Taipei, which they really liked. I am looking for something along those lines … traditional, regional Chinese food with a special menu and a talented chef. Any ideas?
