Studying in Changhua

I’m considering stuying Chinese in National Changhua University of Education. I’d like to hear from people who’ve lived in Changhua City or studied in NCUE. How’s life in general, housing, traffic, dining, safety etc. Besides I’ll have part-time work permit so I’m also curious if it’s possible to easily find part-time jobs in the city.

I speak some Chinese, around intermediate level I suppose. Already been living in Taipei for 6 months and really love it but never visited Changhua yet
