FIXED (Tokyo Hardcore Punk)
Born out of urban collective anxiety and introspection.
Their sound inherits the explosive, destructive crust punk aesthetics of His Hero Is Gone, Warvictims, and Nuclear Death Terror. But unlike pure riot, FIXED inject chaos with the shifting tempos, dissonance, and structural breakdowns of contemporary hardcore/mathcore acts like Sumac, Botch, and Integrity.
On the boundary between violence and silence, they make pain part of the structure:
• Every blast is a struggle and repair after countless wounds.
• Every collapse is proof of suffering and rage burning in the spirit.
• Every rise is resistance that refuses to yield.
Sestear (Tokyo Powerviolence / Grindcore / Hardcore)
Formed by Zlow (second‑generation vocalist of legendary grindcore band Multiplex) and Kame (drummer of thrash metal legends Cocobat).
They carry forward the raw distortion of 90s old‑school grindcore, drawing from Assück, Righteous Pigs, Infest, and early Terrorizer, while channeling the wild violence of old‑school Japanese hardcore.
Absolutely authentic.
IZ (Sapporo Hardcore Punk)
Formed in 2018 by:
• Drums: YONE (COSMOS, WOLF GANG JAPANTOUR, ルル)
• Guitar/Vocals: NAOKI (BUTTERFLY, REALIZED)
• Bass/Vocals: SAKUMA (SLANG, THE DRUNK BOi!S)
IZ embody the spirit of Japanese hardcore punk—fierce and rebellious. Their sound fuses anger, melancholy, and survival instinct into crushing intensity.
Musically influenced by Amebix, Misery, Martyrdöd, Anti Cimex, blending UK crust and Nordic D‑beat with the heavy metal solos unique to Japanese hardcore icons like G.I.S.M. and Zouo.
