From what I understand, children’s movies are generally dubbed into Mandarin. Does anyone know if there are any theaters in the Taipei area which might show the English language version of the upcoming Super Mario Bros movie?

You need to look for 數位 / 英 which is for English language version (英語)
If you see 數位 / 國 then the movie is dubbed into Mandarin ( 國語)

It depends on your preferences. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience, MUVIE CINEMAS is a great option. However, generally speaking, most theaters in Taipei are fine. If you’re concerned about noise levels, it’s advisable to choose a showtime when there are fewer kids in the audience
