If I remember the story, he went home when the wife was outside and kidnapped the kid after killing the parents in law. Maybe they posed too much resistance?

Good. With so many daily killings and terror incidents in Iraq, I’m surprised they had the motivation, time and resources to track down and arrest this scumbag.
