Weird for sure. The boys father shouldve kept an eye out for his kid . This weird person goes into the Womens bathroom? And the kid follows him in there for a few mins? And the kids father doesnt even know his kid is in the Womens bathroom with a complete (and weird ) stranger? That is bizarre. If you saw the weird guy go into the Womens, shouldnt you have told the MacDonalds staff as well as the childs father? I am pretty sure thats what I wouldve done. And the local police should be called to find out what is the deal with this guy with a mask?

I’m not 100% on it being the women’s. It seemed like it…but I was sitting pretty far away.
And I talked with the staff afterwards and showed the manager part of the video. I told them if he comes in again to call the police.
But then again, if I had called the police…what would they have charged him with? Wearing a mask?
There was a man beating his wife in a car near my home. I watched as he repeatedly punched her in the face while yelling. I called the cops…they showed up quickly I told them what I saw. They talked to the man and woman for a whole 30 seconds and then left. Sooooo…I don’t have a whole lot of faith in calling the police when I see something wrong.

Wow…I would have flipped if I’d seen that. I’ve punished other people’s kids more than once while out and about (not going to say how for fear of being lambasted), and I would not have let some bastard child do that while I was around.
i felt really sorry for the shop clerk at a book store once. they had a children’s book event and there were dozens of young mothers with their toddlers and infants in the kids’ aisle. One young mother had a infant in one arm while desperately chasing down her toddler son who was rampaging down the bookstore, throwing any books he could get his hands on from the shelves. the shop clerk kept picking up the books behind the mother chasing the son.

Information is key to how we can proceed any further with reporting this to

The ‘alleged child abuse’ occurred on the premises of a global corporation
(McDonald’s).
Hopefully, you will be able to remember the exact time, date and venue of
when this ‘alleged child abuse’ occurred. You can have a look at your McDonald’s
purchase receipt, recent call history on your cell phone or from knowledge
of your activities on that particular day. (you already have the date and time on your video camera)
This is how I would proceed with following up on this ‘alleged child abuse’ case.

Go back to the McDonald’s and determine whether CCTV (closed-circuit
television) video may or may not have captured the ‘alleged child abuse’. Are there cameras installed on the outside of the building. Might be possible to get footage of the individual before he puts on his ski mask.

recorded on CCTV video (and your own video footage), then everything you do from now on will be
backed-up by (a) eye-witness accounts from you (and other people identified

Report the Child abuse in formal writing to:

These organizations will have the knowledge and awareness of how to

If anything, it will highlight a need for McDonald’s to protect a business
image by means of ensuring that an ‘alleged child abuse’ case will never again happen
on their premises of business.
The Child Welfare Bureau will have one more opportunity to highlight the
need for Child Protection Acts.
Do this in the most formal manner possible. Supply as many details as
possible. They should not have to ask you too many questions about the ‘alleged
child abuse’. They will (be forced to) take immediate action. Inform the

Ok, I finally watched half of that video on my iPhone (can’t view it on work computer) and I believe it’s complete BS. Totally wild speculation. A guy wearing a ski mask walks into a McD, says something to a boy (age unknown to viewers), then goes in the bathroom for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, the boy also walks into the bathroom. All the while Mordeth is talking to himself outside the bathroom, speculating that the guy’s obviously a pervert who was preying on the child.
My theory: the guy’s either nuts, or cold, or a burn victim, so he wears a ski mask; he goes into McD because he needs to take a dump; he stops briefly to say hello to the kid (because he’s either friendly or crazy or both); while he’s sitting on the crapper with the door shut in front of him, the kid goes in and takes a leak, then comes back out; without the least bit of pedophilia or other perversion, except in the mind of hte filmer.
I don’t mean any offense to you by that Mordeth, seriously, but I just don’t see at all how you came up with that story based on what you apparently saw. I’m just glad you didn’t punch out the guy for his purported acts.

Well you didn’t watch the second half. In the second half the father comes up and thanks me. Says that the man talking to him was saying suspicious things. And the father…who actually talked with the man…fully believed that he would have preyed upon his child. Also, he wasn’t cold or a burn victim (I saw his face briefly as he came out of the toilet).
But your right, it’s all just speculation. If I knew for sure that those were his intentions then I would have done something more…I suppose.

Yes, the father thanked me at the time. And yes, afterwards I started to think that his own behavior was odd as well. What do you find confusing about this?
My kids were on a porn site? Really? Links? Have you seen the site? I think I already clarified it was a “creepy” site…with no nude photos or anything like that…so porn is a rather large exaggeration, but perhaps I’m not the only one who likes to sensationalize.
