I was wondering if any one has tried those semi-sweet egg waffle/pancakes that they sell on the street. The shape looks like a net of little bubbles and are usually hollow inside.
Now that I’m back home I’m craving them. Does any1 know the recipe?
80g of flour
1/4 small spoon of baking powder
2 eggs
60g of sugar
50g of melted butter
1/4 small spoon of lemon juice
1/2 small spoon of rum
some vanilla extract(one-two drops?)
butter the mold. Mix the eggs and sugar, then mix the melted butter in, then the flour and baking powder. Then the rest on the ingredients.
Fill the mold to 80% and bake for 25 minutes at 170 degrees
1 egg
60g of sugar
1/4 tea spoon of baking powder
60g of flour
1/4 tea spoon of vanilla powder
20g of melted butter
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, then mix in the rest of the ingredients. Then grease the mold and pour mix in.
I think you have to use least refined flour?
Maybe it’d work if you poured this mix into a waffle maker.
