Does anyone know if you are required to leave Taiwan first when switching from marriage to work visa? (I will stay married for the time being until I am done with all the applications)
Check with NIA I doubt you would have to leave to change from JFRV to ARC

you are already on arc, so you don’t change visa. you change the purpose of your arc from joining family to employment. the case is explained in the instruction on the nia site.
