Hey, I’m new to Taiwan and Forumosa. I just arrived in Tainan a little over two weeks ago to teach English.
I am wondering about the availability of tai chi classes or instructors in Tainan. I had pec major surgery before I left the US, about 6 weeks ago, so I can’t do much in the way of really quick movements or weight bearing exercises. I’ve got a pretty strong background in yoga, so the meditative aspects of tai chi really interest me. I’d be interested in learning kung fu when I’m better able to as well.
If you guys have any information, it would be much appreciated.
