I use it all the time, but there were no cabs near me in Taichung.
I always successfully getting a cab even in remotest area of Pingtung. Where the locals neither speak Mandarin Chinese nor Hokkian.

Hakka…. The Kejia ren in Taiwan concentrated in Miaoli and Pingtung countryside.

Taichung people are often considered “different” amongst locals not from Taichung. no?
Not sure if it is justified or not. Lots of weirdoes, but more than anywhere else? This the question.
