Can anyone tell me about the Taipei Mandarin Institute on Roosevelt Road? The price is right, and I like the location, etc.
I’m really really hoping it’s a good place to study!

it’s under the “Leisure” section for some unknown reason… learning Chinese is anything BUT leisurely!
