I have a bit of a problem. I spoke on the phone to Taipower Customer Services because I need to go to their customer service center to get a bill for my old landlord, and they told me that Neihu has a customer service center. I dont have time to travel to the big Taipower building as my landlord wants to see me early in the morning, so can anyone tell me where their Neihu Customer Service Office is? Thanks in advance for any info.
