Taiwan Cosplay Girl Sentenced to Jail (for indecent exposure)

Both wording means the same. Whether or not a fine is allowed is up to the prosecutor but for first offense it’s 99% a given.

fify

that is the difference.

== almost guaranteed == not guaranteed

What I mean is, it makes no difference how it’s worded. The decision to allow commutation with a fine is up to the prosecutor, the judge can only allow for the possibility. But in general prosecutors will almost always allow them if it’s your first offense. If it’s your third offense within a 5 year period then prosecutors will not allow it, as you’ve shown that a fine didn’t teach you to not get in trouble with the law.

The possibility of a fine instead of a jail time is a given if the case was adjudicated in a summary court. They have limits on how severe a penalty they can impose.

Japan has ‘porn’ but you can’t show pubic hair.

If she is allowed to convert it to a fine I’m sure there’s plenty of guys around that would willingly help cover the costs.

Probably enough in this thread alone.

Not likely. Haven’t you seen all the threads where men here complain about the expensive tastes of the Taiwanese women and how they just want a rich man to spoil them?

More pictures would help her cause I suspect.

If you do NOT want be outraged, definitely do NOT Google “黑森林事件” (black forest incident) for the full set of pics.

You are a very naughty boy. Go to your room and spend some quiet time thinking about what you’ve done.

I knew there would be a time when being able to write mandarin could be useful

Lessee Black Forest incident …

Got this

ok so shes pretty cute and looks like shes just trying to stand out from all the hordes of pretty young ladies in taiwan.

But i guess we can’t let cosplay go from “sexually implicit” to “sexually explicit” can we ? ( am assuming the answer is “NO” )

so the authorities need to slap a few wrists so that others don’t take this and carry it further.

I don’t think had this happened in say Germany it would be much of a thing though. However in many countries she would be strung up.

I think a bit of artistic license should be allowed.

are you sayin she is :

  1. not cute
  2. not trying to stand out
  3. there are no hordes of pretty young ladies in taiwan?

well i happen to think all three statements are true of course… last time i was at chongshiao / tunhwa in the evening of a summer night i almost ran over five cuties just trying to make my way to the starbucks.

I’m sayin that the notion this girl is “just trying to stand out from all the hordes of pretty young ladies in taiwan” is silly.

She apparently has some psychological issues and was showing her snatch in public. No matter how “cute” she is, this is about as acceptable as a guy walking around exposing his junk and claiming he was “just trying to stand out from the hordes of foreign hunks in Taiwan.”

I think 3 months in jail is a harsh sentence, especially given the apparent psychological issues, but this isn’t behavior that should be condoned.

With the pixellated-face version below, I can’t get over the idea that it’s a dude in drag. I did finally find a version with her face using the search term above (after trawling through way too many versions with pixellated areas/strawberries/stupid cat emojis on scammy-looking Taiwanese websites…but by that point the quest didn’t seem worth pursuing anymore tbh.

well allowing for new thinking with the younger set these days… i am not assuming just because a young lady likes to have her photo taken in public events with her snatch showing is obviously mental.

There are many public figures in the USA who gained some “notoriety” by releasing sexual vids, or the such.

I am old, but I dont apply my thinking as a given on the new generation. I don’t think because I wouldn’t show my dong out in public that some young lady who does show her equipment at cosplay events and the such is mentally challenged per se.

but thats just me of course…has no relevance to how YOU should or may think.

IF i were to hazard a guess as to someone’s mental health…i would be betting more on the young lady who had allowed herself to participate in an event where she was being paid to have sex on a private train car with a dozen or so men who paid for this “party”.

Now this may be a fantasy for some young men but for a young lady to be having sex with a dozen men in a train car would at least in my humble opinion be not the norm. I may be wrong of course. Has anyone checked on that particular young lady’s course in life or mental health since that train car incident?
