Taiwan employer asking for these, but it's Chinese. Can someone help clarify?

Thank you for your help.
My employer in Taiwan applied for a work permit on my behalf.
Currently I live in the USA.
They are almost done but require these “last 2 documents.”
Can someone help me determine what they are?

  1. 外國人納稅證明
  2. 法定代理人同意文件

?? Really appreciate the help.

I don’t read Chinese, but translate.google.com says

  1. Foreigner’s tax certificate
  2. Legal representative consent document

I translated them in Google also. Not clear on what are.
Is it my W-2?
What’s a legal representative consent document?

Based on what you described, I would guess it is a document showing that you consent for your employer (or their representative) to handle the legal paperwork instead of you personally.

Ah ok. Maybe I can type out a type of consent form.

Not totally sure about the second one, but the title seems right. It seems to be for insurance purposes. Click on one of the dl links for the first one. The top 3 are examples and the bottom 3 blank.

About the second one, are you underage? It means legal guardian consent. You shouldn’t need one if you’re an adult.
