Taiwan 'oven' rules of thumb

I am about to buy a Taiwan oven, the small convection ones. However, I have no idea what the rules of thumb are.

If I were to cook/roast a chicken for example what are the rules?

Pre-heat to 200C, first 10 minutes at 200C than lower to 175-180C, you should think about 1 hour/kilo (2.2 lbs), so an average chicken should be around 1 hour before done.

thank you kind sir. the little tatung, sampo overn things go up to 200C? wow… i thought they were just high, med, low.

any recommendations for an over belgian pie?
