I like the Pingtung Library project.

The award-winning Tainan Spring project (which has its own thread) is quite wonderful too in terms of repurposing a dying shopping mall and re-envisioning urban space into something that is actually useful for the community:

It may be challenging to maintain that body of water. Did you notice the water extends up to what look like alcoves formed by a structure running above?
