That was fun. We got creamed but it was all for a good cause. Great to meet Evenstar, too! 
Thank you so much for coming and making it such a hugely successful evening; we estimate that, thanks to your support, we raised something in the region of
NT$170,000
for the SPCA! That is incredible.
Eric Tu was great as host and very kind to donate his time, as was Manchuker, who even got up and gave an impromptu performance!
One of our supporting vets, Dr Yeh in Bitan, won the HTC Desire!
And Simon the book guy and battery9 and their team walked away with the top prize, albeit just by the skin of their teeth.
What we learned: quiz needs to be shorter and a little easier (not easy to get that middle ground, but we’ll aim for much easier next time). And we need to not add any dodgy movie files right before the actual event; we spent a large part of the evening in the back repairing deleted questions.
Thanks, all, for your patience and understanding. The bits that didn’t go so well were down to me, of course, but luckily we have a great team of people making sure that everything else went smoothly.
Thanks again for your support–this was the most successful fund-raiser I’ve been involved with to date.
